When Caribou Coffee set out to elevate its food offering,
Delifresh led a complete transformation of the brand’s food
category. The project included the development of a new food
portfolio across bakery, sandwiches, desserts, and salads,
with products specifically designed to align with Caribou
Coffee’s brand identity, customer preferences, and premium
café experience.
In addition to the menu transformation, Delifresh refreshed
the food packaging to create a cohesive and elevated brand
experience across all touchpoints.
The transformation was launched through the
Caribou Gets Fresher campaign, supported by
launch events and customer-focused activations that showcased
the new menu and packaging.
The result was a stronger and more distinctive food
proposition, increased customer engagement, and a remarkable
48% growth in food sales.
